All of the apps that you have purchased are available for you to re-download at any time that you wish as long as they are still offered in the App Store. So, there is no requirement to re-purchase a previously purchased app unless the manufacturer has created a new version that only runs on a newer iOS, and they have determined that they are not going to update the existing app, but rather offer a new version of it. Personally, I have never had to re-purchase an app. And, obviously, if the app has been pulled from the store, there is nothing anyone can do about that. You don't have to re-purchase it because it is no longer even available. So, the next step I would try if I were you would be to hook up the device to the computer that you sync with if you have a different USB port you can use, that would be a good idea , and then in the device profile section where you select what you want to sync, I would suggest that you uncheck the "Sync Photos" boxes completely, and then sync. That should remove all albums except the Camera Roll, Photo Stream, and the system-generated ones like "Selfies" or whatever. Once you have seen that the albums have been completely removed, then go back, select the ones you want sync'd to the device, and then try syncing again. Jan 17, PM. Communities Get Support.
